The hotels in New York City on this list are some of the best and most luxurious hotels that you can find in NYC, and because of that the hotels can be quite expensive to stay at.
If you do want to experience the hotels, I recommend traveling to NYC in February. During that month, the rates of the hotels are often lower.
Also, if you want to see the hotel from the inside while you are on a budget, you could have dinner at the restaurant but stay somewhere else.
